The Jack Saint Clair Award
Given to the male or female runner , administrator, official or
organizer who best exudes a dedication and a true love of track and
field though their actions over a long period of time. They have made
a positive difference to the sport of running. This individual does not
have to be a member of PACTC to receive this honor by PACTC.
